Some goals, include:
- Build and maintain relationships with students that represent diverse perspectives and backgrounds
- Expose students to diversity at Microsoft in the form of various professions, educational backgrounds and cultures
- Encourage continued education

School 2 Career High School Program: 2013-Present
The School 2 Career program is a yearly program throughout the school year for high school students. From September-June, several organizations partner to build a program where the students learn: entrepreneurship, technology, community building, branding and marketing.
In partnership with: Prestige Concepts, We are MENT, Telrose Corporation, The School District of Philadelphia, and Xerox.
Black Doctoral Network Conference: October 2014
The Black Doctoral Network is leading the next generation of Black scholars to reach new heights. Encouraging intellectual curiosity and transformative research, the Black Doctoral Network is a bridge leader, creating paths between scholars, disciplines, and academic universities all while its serves as an invaluable connection between higher education and the community at large.

Forbes 30 under 30 Summit: October 2014
Forbes Under 30 Summit brought together 1,000+ members of Forbes ‘30 Under 30’ list with business leaders and mentors. The Summit included panel discussions, keynote presentations, parties and “Shark Tank”-style pitches in front of the world’s top venture capitalists. Forbes also hosted an exclusive music festival featuring top ‘30 Under 30 bands’ and a food festival with top ‘30 Under 30’ chefs.
